School Math is the family practice site at https://school.sileshi.us. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is written for parents, administrators, and Google’s OAuth review.

Who this service is for

Accounts are created only by the site administrator. There is no public sign-up. A parent is invited by email. Students receive a school username and password from that family. Google sign-in is offered to invited adults (parents and the administrator). Children sign in with a username, not with Google.

Information we collect

• Account details you or the administrator provide: names, a parent email address, a student username, and a password.
• Google sign-in (optional, adults only): if you choose Continue with Google, Google sends us your email address, display name, and a stable Google account identifier. We do not receive your Gmail inbox, contacts, Drive files, or any other Google data.
• Learning activity: lesson progress, practice results, XP, coins, streaks, and rewards a parent stocks in the family vault.
• Session cookies: a signed learn_session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

We use this information only to run School Math: sign you in, keep each family’s students and rewards private, show the right course, and send the invite email that creates a parent account. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with other families or other schools.

Who can see a family’s data

A parent sees only their own family. A student sees only their own practice. The administrator can create and reset accounts so families can get in. Hosting is on Namecheap for school.sileshi.us. Invite email, when configured, is sent through Resend from admin@school.sileshi.us.

Children

Student accounts may belong to children, including children under 13. Those accounts are created by an adult (the invited parent or the administrator). We do not ask a child to sign in with Google, and we do not use student practice data for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep account and progress data while the family uses the site. If you want an account removed, email admin@school.sileshi.us from the address on the account.

Your choices

You can sign in with a password instead of Google. You can unlink Google later by asking the administrator to reset the account. You can request a copy or deletion of your family’s records at the email above.
